By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. What This App Does
The App lets you:

  • Log and record your fishing catches

  • Add notes and tags

  • Upload photos

  • View reports and filter your catch history

  • See weather, tide and marine data provided by third-party data suppliers

The App is a personal fishing journal and analysis tool.

2. Important Safety Notice

This App is not a navigation tool.

Do not rely on it for:

  • Marine navigation

  • Safety decisions

  • Emergency planning

  • Life-critical information

Weather, tide and marine data:

  • Comes from third-party providers

  • May be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate

  • May include forecast or modelled data

You are responsible for your own safety at all times.

Always use official forecasts, marine charts and proper navigation equipment.

3. Your Data & Privacy

Your fishing logs, tags and photos:

  • Are stored only on your device

  • Are not stored on our servers

  • Are not accessed or sold by us

  • We do not have access to your personal catch data.

  • If you delete the App, your data will be permanently lost.

  • If your records are important to you, we strongly recommend exporting your data regularly.

  • You may choose to export or share your information. Any sharing is your responsibility.

    We may collect limited technical data (such as app performance information) to improve the App. We do not collect your fishing logs or photos.

    4. Subscriptions
    Some features (such as enhanced conditions data) require a paid subscription.

    Subscriptions:

  • Are purchased through your app store provider

  • May auto-renew unless cancelled

  • Can be managed or cancelled through your app store account

  • Are subject to your app store’s payment and refund rules

  • Prices may change with notice.

  • By purchasing a subscription, you confirm you are legally allowed to do so.


    5. Availability & Changes
    The App is provided “as is”.

    We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will always be available

  • The App will be error-free

  • Any data will always be accurate

  • The App will continue to be supported or developed

  • We may update, change or discontinue features at any time.

    6. Acceptable Use
    You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to copy, modify or reverse engineer the App

  • Interfere with the App’s operation

  • You are responsible for complying with local fishing laws and regulations.

    7. Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We provide the App without warranties

  • We are not responsible for loss of data

  • We are not responsible for inaccurate weather or marine data

  • We are not responsible for financial loss or indirect damages arising from use of the App

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

    8. Legal Information

    By using the App, you confirm you are legally allowed to do so.

    If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian.

    These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

    We may update these Terms from time to time.

    Continued use of the App means you accept any updates.
