Gary Stevens
Founder, Strategy Director

Gary started his first digital agency in 2001. Clients included Vodafone Business, BMW, P&G and Miele Professional. His agency was acquired by Digital Marketing Group Plc in 2006 where he became a founding Director. After leaving in 2010, Gary took some time out and invested in various projects before returning to agency life in 2018 to start Brightly.


Alex Weller
Creative Director

With 18+ years of digital agency experience, Alex has worked with some of the best UK & global brands. His previous agency won numerous awards across a wide range of clients. These included; Bacardi, Martini, Pepsi, BMW, Sony, Universal Music, BBC and many more.


John Spinks
Tech Guru

John has had a long and distinguished career. He was a software engineer for giants like Apple and Microsoft and went on to grow and sell his own tech company. He thought his job was done but we gave him a new challenge and plucked him out of early retirement. John is our oracle, tech crutch and go to guy for those technical issues that most scratch their heads at.


Jonty Lisher
Web & App Developer

Jonty has over 8 years experience in Software and Web development including Cross Platform Mobile and Gaming Applications . He specialises in Umbraco and WordPress CMS website development and using languages C#, ASP.NET, Swift, PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.


Laurence Andrews
Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer and UX lover, Laurence’s creative work over the last 5 years has spanned a mix of brand development, website design and social media. He has worked in both digital and print formats for the likes of Sony, MTV, Universal, Polydor, RocNation and Vevo as well as a broad range of SME's and startup companies.

Sarah is a seasoned marketer and copywriter. She has over 22 years of experience supporting business owners, SMEs and global enterprises with their marketing and communications. She has worked across a wide range of industries and has an innate ability to interpret information and turn it into powerful prose.
